Ingredients

1 cup pesto
2 - chicken breast ( split ) to make four
1 package 16 oz corned beef
4 slices swiss cheese
4 - french bread rolls ( partially split )
1 can 16 oz can sauerkraut ( devided by 4 )

How To Make chicken breast reuben hero

Step 1

1Heat oven to 350. Place split chicken breast on a non stick baking pan 15 to 25 minutes 0r until chicken is done ( 165 )

Step 2

Spread pesto on bottom half of roll, place chicken half on each roll.
Step 3

Add corned beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut, put top on roll and ( enjoy). Serve with a salad and of course a dill pickle if wanted.
