Got this from a friend of a friend, she didn't have EXACT measurements, so I had to experiment a few times til I got it right. This is GREAT for football game parties, or just having a card game. Not too spicy, VERY CHEESY.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

2 pkg
8 oz philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
2 can(s)
(large) canned chicken (drained)
1 bottle
crystals hot sauce
1 pkg
shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Party Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spread the Cream Cheese in the bottom of a casserole dish evenly.
  • 2In a bowl, mix the Canned Chicken (may have to be broken up with fingers), and Hot Sauce. (depending on your taste for spiciness, Crystals isn't very hot at all.. I use 1/2 the bottle)
  • 3Spread it onto the Cream Cheese evenly, and then sprinkle the Mozzarella in an even layer on top.. the more the better.
  • 4Bake (uncovered) at 400 degrees, until the Mozzarella melts completely and starts to bubble all over and turns brown at the edges.
  • 5Serve with either Tortilla Scoops, or Fritos, or some type of nacho chip.
