I use this on our homemade pizza's. It's a beautiful dough and very yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup flat beer
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasonings

How To Make bread machine beer dough

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients (liquids 1st) to bread machine and select dough cycle. Roll dough out & onto pizza pan, spread with olive oil and let rest for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400, bake crust first for 5-10 minutes. Smother with your favorite toppings and bake for an aditional 20 minutes.
