This is my go to salad when I'm trying to lose weight. It's got amazing flavor. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, diced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon bacon bits
  • 1 tablespoon craisins
  • 1 ounce cabot extra sharp vermont cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 tablespoons kraft lite asian toasted sesame dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

How To Make asian chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Cook your chicken using your favorite method. I grill mine. Chop into bite sized pieces. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss. Enjoy!
  • Step 2
    This us a single serving but can easily be multiplied.
