Leftover Fish (or Turkey) Casserole
It could also be used with leftover chicken or turkey.
1 1/2 cleftover fish
1/4 colive oil, extra virgin
1chicken bouillon cube
1 pkgmixed vegetables, frozen
1/3 cparmesan cheese
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Leftover Fish (or Turkey) Casserole
- Cut the fish into bite size pieces and set aside.
In a pot over medium heat add the olive oil and flour and stir for a minute. Add the bouillon cube and gradually add the water while stirring till it is fully incorporated.
Gradually add the milk and stir well. Bring to a slow boil then add the vegetables and fish and stir.
