How to Make Economy Egg Casserole
1Saute onion in butter until transparent. Blend in flour, skim milk powder and seasonings.
2Gradually add water and hot sauce. Stir and cook until smooth and thick. Add cheese and stir until melted.
3Spread one-third of the sauce in a greased 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Cover with half the egg slices. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
4Mix crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 F until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
