How to Make Stuffed Lamb Burgers
- Mix lamb, red onions, garlic, mint, wheat crackers and egg in a bowl thoroughly.
- Make meat patty into thin burger. Spoon feta, beets and broccoli into the center of patty. Make a second patty with the lamb mixture, place on top and pinch the sides.
Repeat, 1 lb of ground lamb makes about 4 burgers. You can freeze uncooked burgers in freezer bags.
- Grill burgers. I prefer a charcoal grill but whether you use an indoor or outdoor grill you will enjoy. Cook meat well, about 15 minutes.
Garnish on bun with your favorite toppings, Due to the tasty ingredients I like to keep it simple like mayo, lettuce and tomatoes.
