- 1 pound ground beef
- 1-8oz package sliced mushrooms
- 1 small yellow onion-chopped
- 1 large zucchini chopped
- 4 cups rice-cooked
- 1 tablespoon garlic parsley salt
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
How To Make zucchini mushroom rice skillet

Step 1In a Nonstick skillet Med/High Heat brown ground Beef and onion until beef is no longer pink. Add in Mushrooms, until softened. Stir.

Step 2Add in Copped carrots and Zucchini. Sprinkle in Garlic Parsley Salt. Thoroughly Combined it all. Now Add in Cooked Rice. Stir again!

Step 3Serve it up with a Green salad or Fruit Salad, ENJOY!
