Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef

egg
1
clove garlic
1/4 c
milk, 2%
1/2 c
saltine cracker crumbs
1 tsp
salt
dash of pepper
1 c
cooked rice
1/2 c
grated cheese ( what you like )
2 Tbsp
minced onion
1/4 tsp
crused red peppers

How to Make STUFFED BEEF ROLL

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine beef, egg, garlic, milk, cracker crumbs, salt, and pepper
  • 2Place on waxed paper, shape mixture into a 10 by 7 inch rectangle. Combine rice, cheese, and onion. Spread over meat.
  • 3Roll jelly roll fashion and seal ends. Place in baking pan
  • 4Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • 5Let stand 5 minutes before serving to set center filling.
