Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef--cubed
- 2 cups fresh kale, chopped, stems removed
- 1 cup purple cabbage, chopped
- 6 - button mushrooms, minced
- 1/2 - red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 - medium potatoes boiled
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup milk
- to taste teaspoon sriracha
- 1 dash salt
How To Make sriracha beef and kale

Step 1Boil the potatoes until soft, to make mashed potatoes.

Step 2In a large pan, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in olive oil.

Step 3Add Kale, Sriracha and salt. stir and cover. Cook on medium until Kale is tender.

Step 4Add Beef cubes and cabbage. Again add Sriracha. Cover and stir occasionally. Till beef is done.

Step 5Mash potatoes until smooth and add salt, butter, sour cream and milk.

Step 6Serve with beef and kale on bottom and mashed potatoes on top (shepard's pie style).
