  • 2 c
    fresh kale, chopped, stems removed
  • 1 c
    purple cabbage, chopped
  • 6
    button mushrooms, minced
  • 1/2
    red onion, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 6
    medium potatoes boiled
  • 1/4 stick
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2/3 c
  • to taste tsp
  • 1 dash(es)

How to Make Sriracha Beef and Kale


  1. Boil the potatoes until soft, to make mashed potatoes.
  2. In a large pan, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add Kale, Sriracha and salt. stir and cover. Cook on medium until Kale is tender.
  4. Add Beef cubes and cabbage. Again add Sriracha. Cover and stir occasionally. Till beef is done.
  5. Mash potatoes until smooth and add salt, butter, sour cream and milk.
  6. Serve with beef and kale on bottom and mashed potatoes on top (shepard's pie style).
