  • 1
    head cabbage
  • 3 c
    tomato juice
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    rice
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup
  • 1 lb
    hamburger meat
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls

Step-by-Step

  1. -Microwave 8-10 cabbage leaves in 1 in. Water for 2 min.
    -Combine sauce, egg, meat, rice, soup, cheese
    -Spray crockpot
    - Place mixture on cabbage and wrap leaf around meat.
    -Place in crock pot seam side down.
    -pour tomato sauce on top.
    -cook on low 6-8 hours.
