- 1 - head cabbage
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 package dry onion soup
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1-Microwave 8-10 cabbage leaves in 1 in. Water for 2 min. -Combine sauce, egg, meat, rice, soup, cheese -Spray crockpot - Place mixture on cabbage and wrap leaf around meat. -Place in crock pot seam side down. -pour tomato sauce on top. -cook on low 6-8 hours.
