Ingredients
- 3 3/4 quarts milk
- 2 3/4 pounds bread
- 1 1/2 - dozen eggs
- 1/2 cup sea salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 - onions chopped
- 2o pounds ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon sage, dried
How To Make salisbury steak ( 100 portions )

Step 1Add bread to beaten eggs and milk mixture. Soak.

Step 2Addto ground beef, mix in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onions, and sage. mix well

Step 3Make into loaves and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Step 4Remove from oven and slice. Pour hot mushroom sauce over loaf. Serve.
