Roast Beef Pot Pie
1 ccooked leftover roast beef or from the deli
12 ozjar beef gravy or your own or that made from a package
12 ozbag frozen mixed steamer vegetables
1/2 tspseasoned salt
1 cbisquick mix
1/2 tspitalian seasoning or dill weed
1/4 tspgarlic powder
How to Make Roast Beef Pot Pie
- Heat oven to 400^. In a 3 qt. saucepan, heat beef, gravy, frozen vegetables and seasoned salt salt to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
Spoon into an ungreased 1 1/2 qt. casserole(I used a 2 qt.)
- In a small bowl, stir together bisquick, seasonings and milk , mix until well blended.
Pour evenly over beef mixture.
Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until light brown.
Turkey Pot Pie:
Use 1 cup leftover or deli turkey, cooked
and chicken gravy
rest of the recipe is the same as above.
