Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 - medium onion sliced
- 2 - green bell peppers sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 8 - crusty italian or french rolls sliced in half
- 8 slices chedder cheese cut in half
How To Make philly cheese steaks crock-pot style

Step 1Combine steak, butter, onions, bell peppers, garlic, salt and pepper in a crock-pot, stir to mix.

Step 2Whisk together water and bouillon in a small bowl, pour into crock-pot and cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low.

Step 3Toast rolls on griddle or under broiler. Remove the meat, onions, and bell peppers from crock-pot and pile on the rolls. Top with cheese and place under broiler until cheese is melted.
