8crusty italian or french rolls sliced in half

8 slicechedder cheese cut in half
How to Make Philly Cheese Steaks Crock-Pot Style
- Combine steak, butter, onions, bell peppers, garlic, salt and pepper in a crock-pot, stir to mix.
- Whisk together water and bouillon in a small bowl, pour into crock-pot and cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
- Toast rolls on griddle or under broiler. Remove the meat, onions, and bell peppers from crock-pot and pile on the rolls. Top with cheese and place under broiler until cheese is melted.
