After a long day at work who wants to cook?? I make this dish in the crock-pot and my work is done. It' an easy meal on busy nights with the kids.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 lb
    round steak sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1
    medium onion sliced
  • 2
    green bell peppers sliced
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 tsp
    beef bouillon
  • 8
    crusty italian or french rolls sliced in half
  • 8 slice
    chedder cheese cut in half

How to Make Philly Cheese Steaks Crock-Pot Style


  1. Combine steak, butter, onions, bell peppers, garlic, salt and pepper in a crock-pot, stir to mix.
  2. Whisk together water and bouillon in a small bowl, pour into crock-pot and cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
  3. Toast rolls on griddle or under broiler. Remove the meat, onions, and bell peppers from crock-pot and pile on the rolls. Top with cheese and place under broiler until cheese is melted.
