OF London Broil Sammich with Deep Fried Pepper Rings

This is my sammich for the week. The ingredients to use for this week's sandwich were banana peppers and sour cream. Here is my latest sandwich creation. Happy Sammie Making! sw:)

12-16 oz
london broil, thinly sliced
1 jar(s)
mild sliced banana peppers
3-4 oz
kalamata olives, sliced
1/2 c
half and half
2 Tbsp
cilantro, chopped
6 oz
sour cream
1 c
self rising flour
1 Tbsp
greek seasoning
1 small
shallot, chopped
1 Tbsp
tomato paste, heaping
4 slice
wholewheat flatbread
olive oil for brushing bread
kosher salt


1gather all ingredients together
2in a small bowl, combine hahf and half and 2 tbsp of sour cream together
3in a small bowl, season flour with greek seasoning. bread pepper slices and deep fry until golden brown
4brush bread with olive oil. warm for about 1 minute on each side in a heated pan
5in a small bowl combine sour cream, shallots, tomato paste, cilantro and a pinch of salt. on a plate lay down bread and spread with the sour cream mixture followed by the london broil topped with deep fried peppers and olives
