Ingredients
- 12-16 ounces london broil, thinly sliced
- 1 jar mild sliced banana peppers
- 3-4 ounces kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 6 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 tablespoon greek seasoning
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste, heaping
- 4 slices wholewheat flatbread
- - olive oil for brushing bread
- pint kosher salt

Step 1gather all ingredients together

Step 2in a small bowl, combine hahf and half and 2 tbsp of sour cream together

Step 3in a small bowl, season flour with greek seasoning. bread pepper slices and deep fry until golden brown

Step 4brush bread with olive oil. warm for about 1 minute on each side in a heated pan

Step 5in a small bowl combine sour cream, shallots, tomato paste, cilantro and a pinch of salt. on a plate lay down bread and spread with the sour cream mixture followed by the london broil topped with deep fried peppers and olives
