This is my sammich for the week. The ingredients to use for this week's sandwich were banana peppers and sour cream. Here is my latest sandwich creation. Happy Sammie Making! sw:)

  • 12-16 oz
    london broil, thinly sliced
  • 1 jar(s)
    mild sliced banana peppers
  • 3-4 oz
    kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, chopped
  • 6 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    greek seasoning
  • 1 small
    shallot, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    tomato paste, heaping
  • 4 slice
    wholewheat flatbread
  • ·
    olive oil for brushing bread
  • pt
    kosher salt

How to Make OF London Broil Sammich with Deep Fried Pepper Rings


  1. gather all ingredients together
  2. in a small bowl, combine hahf and half and 2 tbsp of sour cream together
  3. in a small bowl, season flour with greek seasoning. bread pepper slices and deep fry until golden brown
  4. brush bread with olive oil. warm for about 1 minute on each side in a heated pan
  5. in a small bowl combine sour cream, shallots, tomato paste, cilantro and a pinch of salt. on a plate lay down bread and spread with the sour cream mixture followed by the london broil topped with deep fried peppers and olives
