- 1 pound large red potatoes quartered
- 11/2 cups fresh baby carrots
- 1 - boneless chuck roast 4 pounds
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
How To Make mouth watering pot roast

Step 1put potatoes, carrots in a 5-qt slow cooker. cut roast in half. in a small bowl, combine mustard, rosemary, garlic salt, thyme and pepper, rub over roast. put in slow cooker, top with onion and broth.

Step 2cover and cook low for 6 to 8 hours until meat and vegtables are done and tender ummmmm
