Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 12 ounces longhorn cheese grated
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 (4) ounce can ripe olives chopped
  • 4 ounces salsa
  • - 24 hard rolls

How To Make mexican sandwiches

  • Step 1
    Brown beef with onion, drain.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients except rolls.
  • Step 3
    Pinch bread out of center of the rolls, fill with beef mixture.
  • Step 4
    Wrap each roll in foil.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
