This recipe was the only meat loaf recipe I would eat as child. I begged my neighbor that was raising his child on his own for this recipe. He made it up and I have passed this recipe on to many people over the years that absolutley love it. Please enjoy with your family and freinds. This is a great recipe to make up and take to any potluck or any type of function. I have many times made this and taken it unbaked to peoples homes for funnerals so they can bake it up whenever they are want to.

How to Make Meat Loaf

  1. Mix all ingredients together and bake in 350 deg. oven for about 45 minutes. If I am doubling the receipe which I many times do. I will bake it for about an 1 hr. and maybe increase the temperature to 375 or 400 deg. If you increase the temperature after the first 45 min. just keep an eye on it every 15 min. or so to see how it is baking up. Sometimes I will take it out of the oven and cut into the middle of it to see if it is done.
