Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil to brown the ground chuck.
- 1 pound ground chuck, cooked
- 1/2 cup seasoning blend (onions, celery & bell pepper)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (lea & perrins)
- 1/2 teaspoon mexene chili powder
- 2 cans cantadina tomato sauce (small) or 1 large can
- 1 can water
- 1 can campbells tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 - bay leaf
- - parmasan cheese to sprinkle on top (optional)
How To Make mama's spaghetti

Step 1Brown ground chuck in a skillet. Add from the bag the seasoning blend of onion, celery and bell pepper and stir. Cook until the onion, etc. is tender then add the worcestershire sauce, chili powder, tomato sauce, water, tomato soup and more water, salt, sugar and bay leaf. Simmer the sauce for about 30 minutes. Serve over Spaghetti. Delicious with a green salad, Tea or Wine and Garlic Bread. Optional: Sprinkle Parmasan cheese on top.
