I first made these for my son 25 years ago as a fun, quick meal when time was tight on Halloween. Now, we enjoy them as an appetizer or slider served on our Halloween buffet. Feel free to use your favorite burger recipe. ("Eyeball" slider pictured is made with 1/2 of a small, fresh mozzarella cheese ball and 1/2 of a stuffed olive.)
