How to Make Keto Curry Sausages
- In a large saucepan, heat 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add the Sausages and poke them with a fork to avoid the sausages splitting. Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes turning regularly. Once the Sausages are just cooked through, set aside to cool
- In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil and, Crushed Garlic and Onions. Fry until until translucent and fragrant. Add the Curry Powder and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the Beef Stock and Tomato Paste stir to combine.
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauces thickens.
- Slice each Sausage into 4 equal pieces, return to the pan, stir through the Cream and allow to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
