Ingredients
- 8 beef sausages
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 white onion thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup cream
How To Make keto curry sausages

Step 1In a large saucepan, heat 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add the Sausages and poke them with a fork to avoid the sausages splitting. Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes turning regularly. Once the Sausages are just cooked through, set aside to cool

Step 2In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil and, Crushed Garlic and Onions. Fry until until translucent and fragrant. Add the Curry Powder and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the Beef Stock and Tomato Paste stir to combine.

Step 3Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauces thickens.

Step 4Slice each Sausage into 4 equal pieces, return to the pan, stir through the Cream and allow to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
