So I added beer to my chili recipe and it turned out GREAT!
2 lbground beef
2 cbeef broth
1onion, finely chopped
1 clovegarlic, minced
4 Tbspchili powder
1 can(s)tomato paste, small
1 7-3/4 can(s)"el pato" sauce with jalapenos
1 14-1/2oz can(s)tomatoes, crushed
1 15oz can(s)pinto beans, drained
1 can(s)guinness beer
How to Make Guinness Chili
- Brown the meat and onions and garlic in a large skillet.
- Add beef broth, seasonings, tomatoes, El Pato and tomato paste.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Add can Guinness, Pinto beans, and simmer another 30 minutes.
- Garnish with:
1 pint Sour Cream
1 bunch Green Onion (chopped)
8 oz package Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
