guinness chili
A Southern CA Pub is known for the best their chili by their patrons, so I asked and shock, shock, I was given their secret! Beer! So I added beer to my chili recipe and it turned out GREAT!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 - onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 tablespoons cumin
- 1 can tomato paste, small
- 1 7-3/4 cans "el pato" sauce with jalapenos
- 1 14-1/2oz cans tomatoes, crushed
- 1 15oz cans pinto beans, drained
- 1 can guinness beer
How To Make guinness chili

Step 1Brown the meat and onions and garlic in a large skillet.

Step 2Add beef broth, seasonings, tomatoes, El Pato and tomato paste.

Step 3Simmer 30 minutes.

Step 4Add can Guinness, Pinto beans, and simmer another 30 minutes.

Step 5Garnish with: 1 pint Sour Cream 1 bunch Green Onion (chopped) 8 oz package Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
