I just love to grill on my natural gas grill. It is huge, so I can fit the entire meal on at the same time.

  • 4
    top sirloin
  • 2 medium
  • 2 medium
    yellow squash
  • 1 medium
  • 1 small
    jalapeno peppers
  • 1 medium
    green bell pepper
  • 1 medium
    red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar

How to Make Grilled Steak and Veggies


  1. Heat the grill to 400 F.
  2. Marinate the steaks in a baggie with the balsamic vinegar and 1/4 c of the olive oil at least 20 minutes prior to grilling.
  3. Slice the vegatables lengthwise. Brush with a bit of olive oil on each side.
  4. Place the vegetables on the grill about 7 minutes each side.
  5. Depending on your desired doneness for the steak, remove the steak from the baggies about 5 or 6 minutes prior to completion of vegetables.
  6. Discard the marinade.
  7. Turning the steaks only once, cook until desired doneness and remove to a plate.
  8. Let the steak rest at least 5 minutes, then serve with vegatables.
