I just love to grill on my natural gas grill. It is huge, so I can fit the entire meal on at the same time.

Ingredients
- 4 - top sirloin
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 medium yellow squash
- 1 medium onions
- 1 small jalapeno peppers
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
How To Make grilled steak and veggies

Step 1Heat the grill to 400 F.

Step 2Marinate the steaks in a baggie with the balsamic vinegar and 1/4 c of the olive oil at least 20 minutes prior to grilling.

Step 3Slice the vegatables lengthwise. Brush with a bit of olive oil on each side.

Step 4Place the vegetables on the grill about 7 minutes each side.

Step 5Depending on your desired doneness for the steak, remove the steak from the baggies about 5 or 6 minutes prior to completion of vegetables.

Step 6Discard the marinade.

Step 7Turning the steaks only once, cook until desired doneness and remove to a plate.

Step 8Let the steak rest at least 5 minutes, then serve with vegatables.
