Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 medium yellow onion-diced
- 3 tablespoons worchestshire sauce
- 1 can 15 oz kidney beans-slightly drained
- 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 package 14oz spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups pepper jack cheese
- 1-1/2 cup pasta sauce
- 1 can black beans -rinsed/drained
How To Make cowboy spaghetti

Step 1Brown ground beef in deep skillet until no longer pink. In the meantime , heat water to a rolling boil. Add in Spaghetti, until al-dente'. Drain. Set aside.

Step 2Add in spices and beans and diced green chilies. Stir to combined. Simmer and reduce heat until thickened.

Step 3Add back in the spaghetti Toss to coat. Cover with cheese on each portion, or add to top. Sides: Garlic bread or salad
