  • 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups cooked corned beef, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can milk

How To Make corned beef and cabbage casserole

  • Step 1
    Place potatoes in a shallow baking dish. cover with onions. Add cabbage. crumbled corn beef; sprinkle over cabbage. Dilute soup with milk, pour over corned beef. Cover. Bake at 350 degreeds for 1 hour 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
