1Blanch your jalapeno's for a few minutes in boiling water. Remove top and seeds. Mince into small peices.
2Cut cheddar cheese into tiny cubes. You can use shredded but I find the cheese tends to get a little lost when using shredded cheese. I like biting into the gooey melted pockets of the cheddar cheese.
3In a mixing bowl combine your hamburger, chorizo, jalapeno's, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Make into patties and cook to preferred doneness.
