I am a first time Grandma of two beautiful grand-daughters who were born 7 days apart. It was a very busy week, lol. My day consist of babysitting my grand-children, cooking, baking, watching cooking shows, reading up on different cooking techniques, and scouring recipes to try and then to put my own spin on things. I cater small events and sometimes not so small when feeling ambitious. I have put serious thought into buying a food truck or opening a small restaurant, but have put it on the back burner for now because I am enjoying my time with the girls way too much.
