1 pkgfrozen beef or cheese ravioli
2 citalian seasoned panko (plain is okay)
1 pkgitalian dressing mix
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
1 tspgarlic powder
1 1/2 cmilk
How to Make Toasted Ravioli
- Let ravioli thaw until just slightly frozen. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. If using plain panko breadcrumbs add 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning to dry ingredients. In a separate bowl whisk eggs and milk together.
- Dip ravioli into egg mixture letting excess run off the coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet until ready to fry.
- Deep fry in small batches of about 6 for 4 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. If using a frying pan you want your oil about 1 inch deep bring oil to 350 degrees and fry on both sides until golden brown. About 3 mins per side. Garnish with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if you like and serve with favorite marinara dipping sauce.
