Ingredients For chinese style beef casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 10 oz
    pkg. frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 c
    thinly sliced raw celery
  • 10 3/4 oz
    can cream of mushroom soup, i use golden mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp
    light cream
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 sm
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    crushed potato chips

How To Make chinese style beef casserole

  • 1
    Cook ground beef until brown and crumbly, adding some oil if necessary, turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Arrange thawed peas on top; then cover with sliced celery. Mix together mushroom soup, cream, salt, and pepper and onions; pour over celery. Sprinkle potato chips over top. Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
