Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 10 ounces pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 2 cups thinly sliced raw celery
- 10 3/4 ounces can cream of mushroom soup, i use golden mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons light cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
How To Make chinese style beef casserole

Step 1Cook ground beef until brown and crumbly, adding some oil if necessary, turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Arrange thawed peas on top; then cover with sliced celery. Mix together mushroom soup, cream, salt, and pepper and onions; pour over celery. Sprinkle potato chips over top. Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
