Ingredients For layered reuben casserole

  • 2 can
    12 oz. each corned beef
  • 1 1/2 c
    caraway rye bread crumbs
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/4 c
    sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 c
    creamy russian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 32 jar
    sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated swiss cheese

How To Make layered reuben casserole

  • 1
    Combine the first 8 ingredients. In a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan, spread 1/2 the mixture . Now evenly spread 1/2 the sauerkraut, 1/2 the cheese, then remainder of corned beef mixture and remaining cheese. Bake at 325^ for 45 minutes.
