best ever porcupine meatball dinner

This was a dish my mom made during WWII...it is a meal in a pot, a side of biscuits and applesauce is nice. Spices are in the soup so you really don't need to add anything to the meat mixture. (I just made myself hungry!)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice or instant rice
  • 1 can vegetable beef soup
  • 2 cans vegetarian vegetable abc soup

How To Make best ever porcupine meatball dinner

  • Step 1
    open and put the contents of the soup into a pressure cooker. Add about 1/2 c. water
  • Step 2
    mix hamburger, and rice. Roll into medium sized meatballs. drop into soup. put lid on pressure cooker and cook for amount of minutes and pressure recommended for your cooker. I do mine at 10 for 15 to 20 minutes.
