What can I say! Comfort food. On a dreary rainy day. Make this pot roast with garlic mash potatoes. A warm hug and good conversation. A good recipe for togetherness. prov15: v17. A meal of vegetables where there is love is better than the finest meat where there is hatred.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chuck roast
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 package mushroom caps
- 1 large onion
- 1 package carrots
- !/4 sprig parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup burgundy wine
- 1 can beefy mushroom soup
- !/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons thyme, leaves
- 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
How To Make beaumont pot roast

Step 1Sprinkle roast with salt & pepper. Brown roast on a saute pan turning on all sides till dark golden brown about 3 minutes per side.

Step 2Remove from saute pan and place in dutch or crock pot, add onions, garlic, mushrooms, wine, Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup, thyme and 1 teaspoon of parsley.

Step 3Bring to boil, lower & simmer for seven hours adding carrots 3 hours before serving. Sprinkle with the rest of the parsley. season to your taste, enjoy. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and preferred green vegetable.
