burgundy wine
1 can(s)
beefy mushroom soup
!/2 c
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
thyme, leaves
2 tsp
salt and pepper

How to Make Beaumont pot roast


  • 1Sprinkle roast with salt & pepper. Brown roast on a saute pan turning on all sides till dark golden brown about 3 minutes per side.
  • 2Remove from saute pan and place in dutch or crock pot, add onions, garlic, mushrooms, wine, Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup, thyme and 1 teaspoon of parsley.
  • 3Bring to boil, lower & simmer for seven hours adding carrots 3 hours before serving. Sprinkle with the rest of the parsley. season to your taste, enjoy. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and preferred green vegetable.
