My husband loves steaks,so I always make this seasoning.It is a little spicy but quite delicious.Serve it with grilled vegetables and Mexican rice.

Ingredients
- 4 - beef rib-eye steaks(11/2 inch thick)
- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried ground thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 11/2 teaspoons salt
- 11/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- - orange slices
- - parsley springs
How To Make bbq steak

Step 1Brush steaks lightly with olive oil.In a small bowl, combine all seasonings.Sprinkle seasonings over steaks and press into sides.Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.

Step 2Grill steaks,turning once.15-18 minutes for rare,19-23 minutes for medium,and 23-30 minutes for well done.

Step 3Place on warm platter and cut across the grain into thick slices.Garnish with orange slices and parsley.
