My husband loves steaks,so I always make this seasoning.It is a little spicy but quite delicious.Serve it with grilled vegetables and Mexican rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 - beef rib-eye steaks(11/2 inch thick)
  • 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried ground thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 11/2 teaspoons salt
  • 11/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • - orange slices
  • - parsley springs

How To Make bbq steak

  • Step 1
    Brush steaks lightly with olive oil.In a small bowl, combine all seasonings.Sprinkle seasonings over steaks and press into sides.Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.
  • Step 2
    Grill steaks,turning once.15-18 minutes for rare,19-23 minutes for medium,and 23-30 minutes for well done.
  • Step 3
    Place on warm platter and cut across the grain into thick slices.Garnish with orange slices and parsley.
