Ingredients
- 1//2 cup loosely packed basil leaves, minced
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1-2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 8 slices monterey jack cheese
- 8 - hamburger buns, split
How To Make basil burgers

Step 1Combine all ingredients except cheese and buns. Mix well. Shape into 8 patties. Grill covered over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Top with cheese. Serve on buns. Makes 8 servings.
