- BARBECUEBURGERS;
- 2 slices bread
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pepper
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- - garlic buns
- GARLIC BUNS;
- 1/4 cup melted buttet
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- - 8 hamburger buns, split
How To Make barbecueburgers on home made garlic buns

Step 1BARBECUEBURGER'S; Soak bread in water, squeeze dry. Add remaining ingredients except GARLIC BUNS blend well.

Step 2Shape into 8 patties.

Step 3Broil in broiler or over charcoal 6 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side.

Step 4Place on Garlic Buns add desired accompaniments.

Step 5GARLIC BUN'S; Blend butter and garlic powder, spread on buns.

Step 6Place on baking sheet, buttered side up.
