This is a good way to use up some of your leftover rice. The arrabiata sauce gives a spicy kick to the traditional meatloaf.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup seasoned panko or seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 cups arrabiata sauce
  • 1 cup leftover rice
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

How To Make 4 ingredient meat loaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x5 in loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl. Press into loaf pan. If desired, spread additional sauce on top of loaf. ( I usually skip this step since my husband doesn't like the texture of a sauce that's been cooked on top of meatloaf because he's weird)
  • Step 3
    Cook 35 minutes or until cooked through
