I have made this with banana and pineapple, strawberries and banana, orange and pineapple, it's mostly experimental. I've also used water instead of almond milk (I'm lactose intolerant). You can throw in some yogurt if you want too, it's all up to you. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1 medium bananna, frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, sugar free original
  • 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
  • - few frozen strawberries

How To Make wight watchers home made smoothies

  • Step 1
    slice banana and put into ninja blender
  • Step 2
    Add strawberries, cut them into small pieces
  • Step 3
    add tsp of mini chips
  • Step 4
    add about half cup almond milk, enough to cover the fruit.
  • Step 5
    Blend for about 30 seconds, check after that to make sure all the fruit is blended and the consistancy is like soft ice cream...too much blending and it will melt and be more of a fruit drink.
