- 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain low fat or standard yogurt or coconut cream
- 1 - banana, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1Combine everything in the blender. Puree until smooth. You may add 1/2 c. of orange juice too if desired.
