This is a really good and healthy smoothie for kids and adults.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain low fat or standard yogurt or coconut cream
  • 1 - banana, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How To Make rolled oats and honey smoothie

  • Step 1
    Combine everything in the blender. Puree until smooth. You may add 1/2 c. of orange juice too if desired.
