  • 1/4 c
    old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    plain low fat or standard yogurt or coconut cream
  • 1
    banana, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How to Make Rolled Oats And Honey Smoothie


  1. Combine everything in the blender. Puree until smooth. You may add 1/2 c. of orange juice too if desired.
