How To Make pineapple berry breakfast smoothie
-
Step 1Place broken partially frozen banana into blender. (If completely frozen, put in microwave for 30-60 seconds, if not frozen at all, place in freezer for about a half an hour. Add yogurt, oatmeal, and half ice. Pulse to break up frozen items. Add berries, vanilla, cardamom, splenda and optional items if you wish and pulse a few more times. Add remainder of ice a little at a time to desired consistency.
-
Step 2Note: this is a thick smoothie. If it is too thick for you, you can add a bit of water or juice instead of the second batch of ice. This will then make 2 smoothies.
