This is a drink that will give you that something to fill you up till break time. This is so wonderful for those that do not eat breakfast usually because they don't want something heavy, or feel they don't have time.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 - cold coffee- strong
- 1/4 cup low fat milk
- 1 package splenda
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
- 1 - scoup protein powder (25g protein per scoup)
- 6 - ice cubes (optional)
- 1 dash vanilla extract
How To Make peanut butter mocha protein smoothie

Step 1In a blender combine all ingredients and pulse/blend till smooth. Slowly add 2 ice cubes at a time for desired consistency.

Step 2Note: I enjoy APC Whey Protein powder in Chocolate, but use what you have or like.
