Ingredients

  • any amount - fresh fruit: bananas, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, cherries,
  • any amount - unsweetened frozen fruit: strawberries, mixed berries, peaches
  • any amount - unflavored or flavored yogurt, soy milk, rice milk, almond milk or plain milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons protein powder, vanilla, unsweetened or chocolate
  • any amount - fruit juice: orange, papaya, pineapple-orange
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (with unsweetened fruit) or sweeener to equal 3 tb. sugar
