morning smoothie with a kick
I got a Vitamix for Christmas from Santa, and I LOVE it! I use it all the time - mostly to make fruit & veggie smoothies, sometimes soups, and occasionally spreads and such. Today, I felt like a ginger, celery, apple, carrot, grapefruit, lemon, bell pepper smoothie. Usually, I'd add kale or spinach, but today, I didn't have any. Nor did I have any ice! All I had was cubes of frozen coffee. I thought, well, if it's awful - oh well. To my tremendous surprise, it was extraordinary! Something about that roasted coffee flavor with the lemon and other fruits. I will definitely be making this again.

How To Make morning smoothie with a kick

-
Step 2Blend on the smoothie setting, or until smooth.
-
Step 3Add frozen black coffee and blend until smooth.
-
Step 4Serve cold. Garnish with an orange slice.
