    sobe life water or vitamin water any flavor
  •   1 scoop(s)
    vanilla whey protein
  •   1
    fresh or frozen banana
  •   1 c
    plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  •   1 Tbsp
    flax oil
  •   3 c
    frozen blueberries or frozen fruit of your choice
  •   1 scoop(s)
    chia seeds

How To Make
