My favorite way to get flax oil in me!

yield 3 large smooties

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sobe life water or vitamin water any flavor
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1 - fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 3 cups frozen blueberries or frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1 scoop chia seeds

How To Make healthy blueberry(any fruit) smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place in blender and blend on frozen drink setting.
  • Step 2
    Makes 3 glasses!
  • Step 3
    Drink one and freeze two for healthy night time snacks!
