    vanilla whey protein
  • 1
    fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 c
    plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    flax oil
  • 3 c
    frozen blueberries or frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1 scoop(s)
    chia seeds

How to Make Healthy Blueberry(any fruit) Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. Place in blender and blend on frozen drink setting.
