- 1 cup sobe life water or vitamin water any flavor
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 1 - fresh or frozen banana
- 1 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon flax oil
- 3 cups frozen blueberries or frozen fruit of your choice
- 1 scoop chia seeds
