fruit smoothie

I came up with this smoothie myself and my husband and I love it. You can tweak it like I have. I have a list at the end of the recipe of other items I've added and substituted.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, chopped
  • 1 large banana, broke into pieces
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 - clementines, sections seperated

How To Make fruit smoothie

  • Step 1
    Put all ingredients into a high speed mixer/blender and blend on high 1 minute or more if needed until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Other things I have added since is a handful of walnuts and substituted almond milk or no sugar added strawberry banana juice for the coconut milk.
