Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 medium
    apple (cut up into cubes)
  • 2 medium
    kiwi (skinned and cut)
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh pineapple (cut) (use canned if fresh is not available)
  • 1/2 medium
    cantaloupe (skinned and cut)
  • 1/4 c
    fresh spinach
  • 1 large
    ripe banana (chilled if you remember)
  • 1/4 c
    fruit juice (any kind- i use cranberry)
  • 1 scoop(s)
    ice (to make cold)

How to Make Fruit Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. Dump all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into the glass(es).
  3. Enjoy!!
