Ingredients
- 1 medium apple (cut up into cubes)
- 2 medium kiwi (skinned and cut)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple (cut) (use canned if fresh is not available)
- 1/2 medium cantaloupe (skinned and cut)
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach
- 1 large ripe banana (chilled if you remember)
- 1/4 cup fruit juice (any kind- i use cranberry)
- 1 scoop ice (to make cold)
How To Make fruit smoothie

Step 1Dump all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
