Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple (cut up into cubes)
  • 2 medium kiwi (skinned and cut)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple (cut) (use canned if fresh is not available)
  • 1/2 medium cantaloupe (skinned and cut)
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 large ripe banana (chilled if you remember)
  • 1/4 cup fruit juice (any kind- i use cranberry)
  • 1 scoop ice (to make cold)

How To Make fruit smoothie

  • Step 1
    Dump all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Pour into the glass(es).
  • Step 3
    Enjoy!!
