Ingredients
- 3/4 - large container (32 oz) of vanilla low fat yogurt
- 1 - large banana
- 1 1/2 cups (more or less to taste) frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups (more or less to taste) frozen blueberries
How To Make fruit smoothie

Step 1Place the yogurt in a blender; add the banana and other fruit a bit at a time and blend well.
