Ingredients

3/4
large container (32 oz) of vanilla low fat yogurt
1
large banana
1 1/2 c
(more or less to taste) frozen strawberries
1 1/2 c
(more or less to taste) frozen blueberries

How to Make Fruit Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place the yogurt in a blender; add the banana and other fruit a bit at a time and blend well.
  • 2Pour into glasses and enjoy!
