My kids love making these smoothies and eating them and it is so simple and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 - large container (32 oz) of vanilla low fat yogurt
  • 1 - large banana
  • 1 1/2 cups (more or less to taste) frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups (more or less to taste) frozen blueberries

How To Make fruit smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place the yogurt in a blender; add the banana and other fruit a bit at a time and blend well.
  • Step 2
    Pour into glasses and enjoy!
