  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar (substitute honey), or as needed
