How to Make Banana shake

Step-by-Step

  1. take peel off banana and freeze the banana in plastic until frozen.
  2. put frozen banana, vanilla and 1 cup milk in a blender. add more milk until desired consistancy
  3. serve. makes 1 shake.
  4. use two bananas to make a blender full.
  5. note; bananas can only stay in freezer 2 -3 weeks. after that throw them away.
