- 1 - banana
- 1 1/2 cups milk any type
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make banana shake

Step 1take peel off banana and freeze the banana in plastic until frozen.

Step 2put frozen banana, vanilla and 1 cup milk in a blender. add more milk until desired consistancy

Step 3serve. makes 1 shake.

Step 4use two bananas to make a blender full.

Step 5note; bananas can only stay in freezer 2 -3 weeks. after that throw them away.
